I am a 4th Year Spatial Planning Student at DIT Bolton Street. I have a keen interest in infrastructure planning which you will see through out this blog. I am also a part-time lifegurad and website designer/programmer.
My name is Colin Broderick, yes thats my ugly mug there to the left, and as I said above I am a Spatial Planning Student at DIT Bolton Street. In final year now, scary stuff!
My main interest like any lad who originally wanted to be an engineer is big infrastructure projects, they are fascinating for there complexity and range of issues involved.
I am a keen web designer and was a high achieving sports person until recently, swimming was my chosen sport and i represented Ireland on a number of occasions .
My other passion, yes sad i know, is airplanes and anything to do with aviation, i suppose that stems from living so close to the airport and the folks both being involved in the aviation world.
This blog is all about my passion for the chosen course and carrear path of mine, town planning. I will attempt to bring to your attention all the planning issues i come across in my daily life, whether it be form new applications around me to major projects of national imporantance, I will attempt to write something on it!
